January 31, 2008 – Vialogix, a Charlotte-based Web design firm, announced the launch of a redesigned web site for First Citizens Bancorporation headquartered in Columbia, S.C..

The newly-designed FirstCitizensOnline.com streamlines the customer service process, improves navigation to the bank’s products, creates cross-selling opportunities and allows the bank to customize the site for specific marketing messages or promotions.

“Our goal with the site was not only make this a seamless user experience, but to make the site flexible and manageable by the bank’s internal content team,” said Rob Norris, President of Vialogix. “We know revamping a site of this magnitude is not a yearly project for the bank so our development work needs to scale and allow for evolution of content,” explains Norris.
