Energy Group, Vialogix to Launch New Web Initiative

CHARLOTTE, NC – Nov. 19, 2001 – Vialogix will lead Web development for Vectren Source, a new subsidiary of Indiana-based energy provider Vectren Corp., the companies have announced.

Vialogix will build and implement the web site for Vectren Source. The new subsidiary will focus on serving residential and small business energy customers.

Vialogix will provide strategic Web planning, design, site implementation and user testing. The Vectren Source site will allow customers to both sign-up for Vectren energy services and purchase products online.

Vectren Corp. is a $2 billion energy and applied technology company headquartered in Evansville, Indiana. Vectren’s regulated subsidiaries provide gas and/or electricity to approximately 1 million customers in two-thirds of Indiana and 16 counties in west central Ohio.
