Vialogix Names Charles Clickner CIO

Former Microsoft Manager Joins Local Internet Solutions Company

CHARLOTTE, NC – April 27, 2000 – Vialogix Communications, Inc. announced today the appointment of Charles Clickner as its new chief information officer. A twelve-year veteran of technological support and advanced systems administration, Clickner will be responsible for MIS functions, internal technical solutions, and research and development, while serving as a leader for the code implementation team.

“Charles brings a breadth of technology knowledge, great customer service skills, and managerial talent from which our entire team can learn,” said Rob Norris, president of Vialogix. “He is platform-agnostic, which strengthens our ability to provide the smartest technical solutions for our clients. Internally, Charles will build on our own efficiencies and successes, reinforcing our ability to compete with national firms.”

Prior to joining Vialogix, Clickner was a Technical Account Manager based out of the Charlotte office for Microsoft Corporation and had previously served as the Excel Group’s Product Support Engineer and Team Manager for the Analysis Business Unit. In his most recent position at Microsoft, Clickner provided technical supportability consulting and training to several Fortune 500 companies. In addition, Clickner was involved in the deployment of mission-critical systems and homegrown applications for Microsoft, and he interfaced with upper management in troubleshooting mission-critical issues.

In addition to his work at Microsoft, Clickner has served as Systems Administrator for Chemical Specialites, Inc., and Data Processing Manager for United States Supply Company, Inc. and The Virkler Company. Clickner graduated from Siena College and resides in Charlotte, NC.
