Rob Norris, Founder 
Rob established Rob Norris Communications in 1990 while earning his graduate degree from the University of Georgia. His consulting firm specialized in technology marketing. He collaborated with Ron Chapple on multimedia in the early 1990’s and by 1995 began designing and building Internet-based projects which led to the establishment of Vialogix. He is also a founder of Empowered Benefits, a pioneer in the consumer-driven health care field.
As president of Vialogix, Rob leads strategy, development and implementation of a wide-range of user-focused web initiatives, including e-commerce, web services and custom user interface design. Clients include Bank of America, National Gypsum, First Citizens Bank, Baker & Taylor and more.
Rob has a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Lawrence University and a Master’s degree in Mass Communications from the University of Georgia.
Brad Haden, Lead Designer
As VP of Design, Brad leads all creative development for Vialogix. He has sixteen years of experience as a graphic designer and began his focus on user-centered web design in 1997. Brad’s portfolio includes work for Bank of America, Baker & Taylor, First Union, Springs Industries, Dynamic Graphics, National Gypsum, Novant Health and First Citizen’s Bank.
His achievements include an international South-By-Southwest award for his design of the Creatas website, a case study in Jakob Nielson’s Usability Return on Investment report and an unsolicited B2B award for National Gypsum’s public web site.
Brad has a Bachelor of Creative Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Religion from Reformed Theological Seminary.
Karen McNeil, Lead Developer
As Lead Web Developer for Vialogix, Karen possesses a diverse and unique set of skills. She has expertise in enterprise web application development, front-end technologies including XHTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as back-end and middleware development. Her experience with Java, JSP and relational databases allows her to successfully take on a wide variety of projects and challenges presented to her.
Karen has a Bachelor of Science degree and a Post-Graduate diploma in Applied Information Technology.
Jamie Slotten, Project Manager
Jamie is responsible for the management of client projects at Vialogix. Prior to joining Vialogix, he worked as an account director for several advertising agencies in Chicago and Atlanta. Jamie earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College and a Masters degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University
Tom Cona, Usability and Information Architect
Tom focuses on Usability and Information Architecture for Vialogix. He has designed software based on the needs of the end user for nearly 20 years. Tom has found that the best way to contribute to an interdisciplinary design team is to clearly communicate an objective analysis to support his design recommendations. Combining structured analysis with seasoned communications skills, Tom has been able to lead Interaction Design for seven figure projects, and he has improved the software experiences of millions of Web users.
Tom has led Usability Engineering and Information Architecture for The Weather Channel, First Union National Bank, and First Data Corp. He also taught Interaction Design at the University of Georgia and Wright State University. Other clients include IBM, Sun Microsystems, Silicon Graphics, and LEXIS-NEXIS.
Tom has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science in Man-Machine Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Jim Herring, Web Developer
Jim is a mysterious character, who is said to channel his brilliant technical solution from an alien satellite cloaked in distant Earth orbit. Unfortunately the alien satellite is less adept at producing hilarious biographies than sparkling code.
Sam Fulcher, Web Developer
Sam brings both sides of his brain to client engagements and has worked on web development projects of all sizes and shapes. He has twelve years experience in web and multimedia design and production, and a somewhat unnatural love for outstanding sushi. Sam has a Bachelor of Environmental Design from North Carolina State University and brings not only creative and technical talents to the table, but experience in usability and interface design as well.
Charles Clickner, Technical Account Lead
Charles has over 15 years experience working in advanced systems administration and technical support and is responsible for technical leadership on projects. He is a veteran of Microsoft, where he served as a technical account manager, worked as an MS Excel Group Product Support Engineer and Analysis Business Unit Team Manager. He is a Microsoft certified systems engineer (MCSE). Charles has a Bachelor of Science degree in International Marketing & Management from Siena College.
